Recommended for locking pre-assembled fasteners, i.e. instrumentation screws, electrical connectors, and set screws. Also seals porosities in welds and metal parts. Mil SPec (S-46163A). Type III, Grade R. NSF/ANSI 61.
Product Description
Medium/High Strength penetrating Threadlocking Compound.
Because of its low viscosity and capillary action, the product wicks between engaged threads and eliminates the need to disassemble prior to application. The product can also fill porosity in welds, castings and powdered metal parts.
Recommended for locking pre-assembled Fasteners (up to M6 Dia) e.g.Instrumentation screws,electrical connectors & set screws. Functional strength:3hours Operating Temp.resistance: + 150C
