DESCRIPTION :

UPS F. 7007 it is a single component Zinc Rich Compound wiith a special epoxy binder and contains 95 % of highest purity zinc in the dried film. It fuses directly to a clean iron steel or alumunium suurface through electrochemical action and presents a hard, single time protection against corrosion for many years. It is not a paint, more over among other zinc rich coatings. UPS F. 7007 stand alone be cause of the excellent properties of the resin, exclusive with UPS F. 7007 and its exact formulation. The sacrificial coating actively fights rust and corrosion crepe with a flexible continues film or 95 % pure zinc.

UPS F. 7007 it actually offers it self as a cathonic protection against corrosion. The zinc becomes the anode from which positive electric current it self generated and flows to the cathode or base metal. When applied to iron or steel in the presence of moisture the zinc in UPS F. 7007 becomes the perfect anode. Corrosion attacks the anoxic (Zinc) covering.
