The FENZY BIO-S-CAPE comprises Carrying Bag, Pressure Reducer Valve with Automatic Activated Air
Flow (AAAF), Hood with Automatic Half Mask adjustment, Warning Whistle, equipped with different
volume of cylinders.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The pressure reducer valve is automatically triggered at the opening of the bag. The air contained in the
cylinder is immediately released and a constant flow then inflates the hood. The breathable air fed by the
pressure reducer valve to an inflatable cushion inside the hood is then inhaled through an inner half mask.
Air is expelled outside the hood through a calibrated exhalation valve. A warning whistle will indicate imminent end of the air reserve.

CARRYING BAG
Strong PVC, orange color, with quick opening through Velcro closure.
Large adjustable neck strap.
Waist strap in option.
Integrity seal (which is broken when the EEBD is started).
Large window to check the cylinder pressure and the starting needle.

DURATION
10 or 15 minutes in accordance with EN 1146 2002 and Solas requirements.
A 20 minute version is also available (needed for longer escape routes).

WEIGHT
For information only, the weight of the EEBD depends on the cylinder.
Its average weight is +- 5 KGs.
