UPS F.301,SILICONE MOULD RELEASE,

DESCRIPTION :
An extra concentration of high viscosity silicone provides maximum release under the most severe molding conditions. High purity minimizes crazing, spotting, sticking and other causes for rejects. Ideal for hot or cold molds. It is recommended for use on acrylics, cellulose,s A.B.S resins, polystyrenes, polyesters, wax and rubber.

PROPERTIES :
Its non-abrasive formula leaves a fine, protective film. Can also be used for protection in short – term storage.

Flammable.

Won’t interfere with future molding operations.

Sprays in upright and upsides down positions.

No CFC’s, HCFC’s or chlorinated solvents.

Low odor

APPLICATION :
It is recommended for use on acrylics, plastics injection molders, compression molders, candle molders, investment castings, extruders, blow molders, elastomeric materials, polystryrenes and rubber.
