DESCRIPTION :
UPS F. 713 Cutting fluid is a biodegradable, synthetic machining fluid particularly recommended for cutting and grinding operation including metals such as titanium and aluminium with halogen sensitive. UPS F. 713 cutting fluid provides for exceptional cooling and lubrication properties there by extending tool life. Extremely safe to use as formulation is nitrite free and cannot produce cryogenic nitrosamines. The absence of phenols added mineral oil sulfur and chlorine ensure complete acceptability to all operating personal.

DIRECTION FOR USE :
UPS F. 713 cutting fluid to water and stir gently to ensure complete dispersion. The fluid mixed readily with water to give a light pleasant smelling translucent solution.

DILUTION RATES :
Metals cutting - General Operation 1 : 30 with water
Heavy Duty Cutting 1 : 15 with water

Grinding dilution rates will very depending upon type of metals and wheel characteristics e.g. grit size and hardness general dilution 1 : 40 with water.

HEALTH & SAFETY :
UPS F. 713 cutting fluid mildly alkaline in nature.
Handling precautions if excessive skin contact is unavoidable, is recommended. Storage protect from freezing. Store between 5 ° C until 30 ° C. First aid in the event of accidental ingestion, give milk. Do not induce vomiting.
