DESCRIPTION
UPS F 3015 is a concentrated self emulsifying cleaner to degreaser which effectively removes grease, oil, carbon and other soils from machinery’s, tools parts, compressors, radiators and other surfaces. UPS F. 3015 is a highly concentrated degreaser that cleans by effective penetration and emulsification. It is non causatic, non acidic and does not effect painted surfaces through its emulsified activities, UPS F. 3015 removes oil and the resultant emulsion does not stain or stick along the drains.

PROPERTIES :
Solvent emulsified liquid with penetrating properties of hydrocarbons and surfactant. Biodegradable, UPS F. 3015 contains corrosion inhibitors. Its neutral properties coupled with a high flush point, makes it safe for us.

Automotive industries, radiator, internal degreasing and heat exchangers

DIRECTION OF USE :
UPS F. 3015 can be used as concentrated or diluted, either soaking/spray method may be used.

UPS F. 3015 may be mixed with kerosene, diesel or petroleum solvents. Dilute one parts of UPS F. 3015 with four parts of either one the above solvents and allow it to penetrate the surface for about 3 – 5 minutes. Then rinse with water (preferably using a pressure nozzle/hose).

Immersion cleaning method is applicable for cold degreasing. Immerse the part – parts to be cleaned into UPS F. 3015 solution (concentrated or diluted). Allow parts to soak for 10 minutes, then hose off with a spray jet of water
