DESCRIPTION:
UPS F.818 is an epoxy based, water displacing, anti corrosive coating, formulated for the protection of machinery, dies and fabricated steel work during storage or prior to painting. In particular it provides a durable protective coating when sprayed over engine automobive, marine and agriculture after having been steam cleaned or degreased. After a pickling operation metal components as parts should be treated with UPS F. 818 to ensure that rusting does not occur.

METHOD OF USE:

UPS F. 818 may be applied by brush, spray or dip method.

Arrange work so the displaced water (if any) drains freely from the article.

Avoid heavy build UPS F. 818 it a heavy coating be desired, several applications are recommended.

Allow to dry for 30 – 60 minutes depending on ambient temperatures.

ADVANTAGES :

May be applied to water wet metal surface – fast drying.

May be over coated using most paints.

Provides extended protection against rust or corrosion of metal parts.
