DESCRIPTION :

UPS F. 1611 Belt Dressing was developed to meet the demand for a true industrial and food grade belt dressing. Formulated with a synthetic polymer that is non – drying, water resistant and chemically stable, UPS F. 1611 belt dressing extends the life of drive belts by improving traction and allowing runs under reduced belt tension. Plus , its tacky, non-drying film meets FDA regulations for incidental food contact.

ADVANTAGES :

Prevents belt slippage on flat, round and V-belts.

Dry, tacky film resists being washed off and extends the life of belts and pulley bearings.

Adds tranction, allowing equipment to be run under decreased belt tensions and eliminating slippage squeaks.

Meet FDA regulation CFR 21 – 178.3570 for incidental food contact.

Authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.

APPLICATION :

Eliminate slippage in flat, round or V-belt used in compressors, generators, pumps, etc

Conveyor belts in food processing and industrial plants.

Extending usefull life or worn belt.
