UPS F.113 RUST REMOVER

DESCRIPTION :

UPS F. 113 is phosphate based compound blended with famous surfactant. Its work by penetrate the ruts, leave it up and sealant the metals from further rust attack. UPS F. 113 has strong chemicals ability to destroy and eliminate rust without attacking basic material.

Rust will not come again for some period of times when use UPS F. 113 properly. It is applied prior to painting to conditioning the metals surface and ensure maximum adhesion of the paint and to remove or control rust.

UPS F. 113 may be used either in a wife on wife off process for conditioning metal and removing rust from spare part, rust metal or engine block, electrical panel, etc. Also in a heated tank to remove heavier rust the corrosion product.

APPLICATION :

Dilute UPS F. 113 with water in the ratio of one part of UPS F. 113 with five parts of water (use more concentrated if necessary or add more water depend on degreaser of rust) brush on the surface and allow to react.

Rust remover may be assisted with a wire brush, steel wool or abrasive cloth. Rinse or wipe off with a damp rag. If UPS F. 113 dries before removal, rewet with more UPS F. 113. And wipe off.

To obtain maximum result of UPS F. 113, use undiluted and after rust off cleans with cloth. By this way of application rust will not appear for months.

Dilute UPS F. 113 with water in the ratio and 1 part of UPS F. 113 to 10 parts of water, immerse the article and allow to react remove, rinse with water and dry immediately.
